ZMQ Pneumatic Film Cut-off Valve adopts top guiding structure with multi-spring actuator. The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S-streamlined fluid passage, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, convenient disassembly and assembly, etc. The cut-off valve receives the signal from the regulating instrument, cuts off, opens or changes the flow direction of the medium, and achieves automatic control of process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature or liquid level. It is widely used in automatic control and remote control system of production process in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, light industry, textile and other industrial sectors. 

    This series of products have film type and piston type. There are three kinds of valve body structure: single seat, sleeve and two seats (two-position three-way). There are two kinds of sealing forms: packing seal and bellows seal. The nominal pressure grades of products are PN10, 16, 40 and 64, and the nominal caliber range is DN20-200 mm. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from - 60 to 450 C. Leakage level is IV or VI. The flow characteristic is fast opening.

Characteristic

The cut-off valve is connected by a multi-spring actuator and a regulating mechanism with three columns. The whole height and weight of the valve can be reduced by about 30% and 30% respectively. 

The valve body is designed as a low flow resistance channel with equal cross-section according to the principle of hydrodynamics, and the rated flow coefficient increases by 30%.  

There are two kinds of sealing parts in the inner parts of the valve, the tight type is hardfacing carbide, the soft sealing type is made of soft material, and the sealing performance is excellent when closed.  

Balanced valve internals improve the allowable pressure difference of the cut-off valve.  

The bellows seal form a complete seal on the moving stem, which blocks the possibility of medium leakage.  

The piston type actuator has large operating force and large pressure difference.
