    ZMQSY series pneumatic thin film Y-type trap is a new generation of steam trap designed and manufactured by our company according to the hydrophobic equipment of thermal power plant. The product is close to straight-line flow design, reduces flow resistance, secondary throttling principle, reduces erosion and improves service life. The valve core and seat adopt integral carbide, close the internal leakage = VI grade, detachable middle chamber seal design, eliminate leakage, easy maintenance and other characteristics. It can also be used in flammable and explosive occasions, according to the signal of the control system or instrument, cut off or open the valve, so as to achieve the use requirements of the controlled parameters. Therefore, it is widely used in remote control of thermal power plants and other industries.

    The product is divided into positive and negative effects.     ZMQSY Pneumatic Film Y-type trap, which consists of a new series of pneumatic film actuator and Y-type trap (Fig. 1). Y-type trap is a special structure control valve body with two ends welded, suitable for specific piping.

    The actuator has two action forms: positive and negative; when the signal pressure increases, the push rod extends out of the membrane chamber, which is called positive action, and cooperates with the valve to form an air-shut type. When the signal pressure increases, the push rod retreats into the membrane chamber, which is called reaction, and cooperates with the valve to form an open type.

    Its principle:

    When the signal pressure is input into the diaphragm chamber, it generates thrust on the diaphragm, compresses the spring, makes the push rod move, drives the valve stem, changes the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, until the spring reaction force and the signal pressure force on the diaphragm are balanced, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic adjustment of process parameters.
